Builders’ Personal Touches

Each Raicon home we build comes with a host of features that go above and beyond normal expectations. The reason is simple: we take pride in our work, and want our customers to have the best. From engineered hardwood low-squeak ﬂoors, to the same appliances we have in our own home, you’ll ﬁnd our personal touches throughout.

Process Driven

When you’ve been building homes as long as we have, you tend to develop processes that ensure an outstanding result. Our two-stage concrete pour and reinforced ﬂooring might take more time, but result in a more stable, better built home.

Unique Inclusion

Stylish custom trusses to add more character to your vaulted ceiling. Gas ranges in the kitchen. Hot water recirculation systems. USB chargers in kitchen and bedroom. Some might call them upgrades. Others, outside of scope. We call them standard.
